About the Role:
Haymarket Family Cosmetic Dentistry is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Haymarket, VA. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays
• Maintain and update patient records accurately in dental practice management software
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily patient flow
• Handle patient follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and recalls
• Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental front office required. 
• Familiarity with dental practice management software specifically Dentrix.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
