Job Description
Role summary: Define and execute DevOps strategy, CI/CD at scale, IaC, observability, and security automation.
• Set DevOps roadmap & KPIs; champion collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Design/manage CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy, security & compliance gates, approvals).
• IaC with Terraform/Helm/Kustomize; environment promotion (dev→stage→prod) with GitOps (Argo/Flux).
• Implement monitoring/logging/alerting (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/CloudWatch) and SLO/error budgets.
• Identify automation opportunities; drive security by design (SAST/DAST/Secrets/SBOM) in pipelines.
Requirements
• Strong with GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI/Jenkins; Terraform; Kubernetes; secrets & policy-as-code.
• Proven stakeholder management and incident leadership.
KPIs
• Lead time for change, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR, % pipelines with security gates, infra drift
