IT System Administrator Plano, TX Hybrid 12 Months Contract Role Visa All Except H1B and CPTAs a member of the IT Team, the IT System Administrator is responsible for organizing, modifying, and supporting the company's computer and phone system.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain systems efficiency.Troubleshoot problems reported by Employees, support all Employees throughout the Company.Analyze and isolate issues.Monitor systems to ensure security and availability to specific users.Evaluate and modify system's performance.Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.Maintain individual machines, such as drivers and settings of employee workstations as well as printers.Administer servers, laptops, networked printers, office phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.Be able to set up group policies and troubleshoot accordingly.Set up new user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 Outlook, make any necessary adjustments to access settings and policies and troubleshoot.Maintain and monitor VOIP phone system and troubleshoot when necessary.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree plus 5-7 years related experience in IT preferred.Knowledge in O365, MS Windows Server 2008R2 or newer, Active Directory.Knowledge of Sharepoint.Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Logical problem solver with excellent follow through and detail orientation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Must be able to work after hours during peak periods and be on call when necessary 24/7.
