Job Title:  CNC Machinist
Pay Rate:  $30-$40/hr (plus Shift Differential of $2/hr) Depending on Experience
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 1:30 am Mon. - Thurs.)

Position Summary:

Noble-X is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Machinists in Amery, WI. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to transition into a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
