What You'll Do:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients with established standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess and implement patient care.
- Collect and analyze relevant health data to develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and compliance.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition of care.
- Delegate duties effectively and coordinate the healthcare team's actions.
- Embrace continuous learning opportunities and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- At least two years of recent experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is mandatory.
- Additional certifications: AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS required.
