YOUR SCHEDULE

This 1099 contract position follows a full‑time schedule, working 7 am–4 pm Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

YOUR DAY

As our One-Day Bathroom Remodel Technician, you'll remove existing fixtures, carry out tub‑to‑shower or walk‑in conversions, take accurate measurements, ensure secure and precise installations, and maintain a clean, protected workspace throughout the project. You will communicate professionally with homeowners, problem‑solve when challenges arise, and deliver a polished, high‑quality finished product that reflects both your craftsmanship and our company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with one-day bath or shower installation
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or plumbing
• Strong understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Skilled, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
• Calm, professional, and respectful in the home
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong homeowner‑facing communication skills are preferred.
