- Monitor furnace operations and production runs to ensure alignment with set points, tolerances, and operational standards.
- Analyze furnace data output and past runs to identify quality-impacting variables and propose improvements to engineering.
- Develop, review, and create run plans and documentation for upcoming production runs.
- Conduct deep-dive reviews of runs producing defective parts to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to resolve technical questions and prioritize equipment issues.
