Purchasing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator with 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, contract administration, vendor management, and bid evaluation. Responsibilities include managing procurement contracts, negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting eProcurement systems such as PeopleSoft.

Strong knowledge of procurement policies, financial management, Microsoft Office, and vendor coordination is required. Government or public-sector procurement experience and professional procurement certifications are preferred.

Requirements: Local candidates only, in-person interview, onsite work, and eligibility for full-time employment without sponsorship.
