Commercial Apprentice Electrician

Job TitleExciting opportunity to work on major commercial projects throughout the North Fort Worth, Dallas and/or Garland, Texas area! Apprentice with 5-6 years of experience. Must have a TDLR and basic electrical hand tools required. Responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced and complex electrical installations independentlyLead portions of electrical installations and support Foreman with execution planningInstall, bend, and terminate all conduit types (EMT, PVC, rigid) with precision and efficiencyIndependently pull, route, label, and terminate conductors in accordance with code requirementsPerform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system testingInterpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications with full independenceLay out electrical systems and assist with jobsite sequencing and workflow planningInstall panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, and distribution systemsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues with minimal escalationEnsure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and Titan Electric safety standardsAssist Foreman in coordinating manpower, materials, and jobsite productivityServe as a lead mentor to Apprentice I–IV team membersSupport onboarding and training of new apprentices in field practicesMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and apprenticeship progressCommunicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other tradesPromote and enforce a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteQualificationsACTIVE TDLRHigh school diploma or GEDAdvanced to mastery-level knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and codesDemonstrated ability to lead work activities and execute complex electrical tasks independentlyEligibility to test for Journeyman Electrician licensure (preferred)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)Expert-level proficiency in electrical installation methods, materials, and toolsFull ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentsStrong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsStrong understanding of jobsite safety, hazard recognition, and risk mitigationAbility to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and meet production goalsDemonstrated leadership capability and ability to mentor and train apprenticesStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accountability and professional work ethicAbility to perform advanced math and measurement calculationsBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceTitan Electric is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
