Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires experience with standard SNF documentation and restorative programs. Preferred: experience with mobility assessments, therapeutic exercise programs, and discharge planning.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday rotations, per facility staffing needs.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Shift Days: Days per schedule; typical rotations include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Assignment Weeks: 13-week contract.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
