About the Role

* Support daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment * Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams * Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance * Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support * This role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours

What You’ll Do

* Provide high-level customer service and operational support * Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations * Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches * Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance * Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions * Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation * Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments * Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested * Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments * Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met * Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed * Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated experience in customer support and customer satisfaction * Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes * Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities * Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience * Bilingual in Spanish
