You’ll work with a diverse caseload, including many non-verbal students who utilize AAC devices, and be a vital resource for both students and colleagues as therapeutic needs evolve throughout the school year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Missouri SLP or SLPA license required
• Experience with AAC devices and supporting non-verbal students preferred
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing district needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must complete required district fingerprinting and technology forms prior to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload accounting for approximately 3,400 service minutes
• Work primarily at Lemasters Elementary, with possible support at an additional campus as needs arise
• Create individualized and group therapy sessions, targeting communication goals set by student IEPs
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement best practices for language development
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
