BIM Designer

To support innovative data center solutions, the contract BIM Designer will set up and manage Revit BIM models, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and translate design intent into constructable deliverables while working remotely. Key responsibilities Set up and manage Revit BIM models to develop clash-free 3D models and 2D construction drawings Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project leads in the data center market Coordinate 3D models across all design disciplines, including electrical and mechanical systems Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of Electrical Revit and electrical systems design experience Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Solid understanding of codes, standards, and wiring/cabling connections Experience in estimating project hours and collaborating in a fast-paced environment Preferred experience with data center environments and power/lighting systems
