Compensation:$75,000 – $150,000+ annually commission-based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Meet with homebuyers and understand their needs
- Help buyers find homes and schedule property showings
- Guide buyers through the home-buying process
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Assist clients from consultation through closing
- Follow up with leads and appointments using our CRM and sales systems
- Manage your pipeline, calendar, and client follow-ups
- Provide excellent service to build referrals and repeat business
- Active Maryland Real Estate License required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
- Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
- Organized, dependable, and accountable
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
