Part-Time Associate Dentist – Middlebury, CT

Middlebury Dental Center is a well-established, privately owned general dentistry practice seeking a motivated and reliable Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Partnership opportunity available for the right candidate.

We are looking for a provider who is comfortable with:

• Restorative dentistry
• Extractions
• Comprehensive treatment planning

Experience with molar endodontics is a strong plus.

This opportunity is ideal for an Associate Dentist who can provide high-quality dentistry independently. The position starts at 2 days per week with the opportunity for additional days and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation with a $900/day guarantee to start
• 33–35% of adjusted net production (based on experience)
• Anticipated pay $234,000 - $390,000/Year - Based on full time
• $1,500 CE allowance
• Retirement plan eligibility after 1 year

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
