Job Description Summary Inside Sales Representative – Equipment Rental Specialist. This inside sales role is responsible supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. The position is the company’s front line of contact, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times. Responsibilities Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track. Use inside sales or customer‑service skills for steady hours and potential overtime. Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers. Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals. Negotiate and place orders. Deliver customer satisfaction and maintain a professional attitude. Qualifications / Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Previous equipment rental industry experience. Strong customer service and telephone skills. Solid computer and administrative skills. Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
