As a Manager in Enterprise Data, you will provide data analytics services to help clients solve business problems, drive value, and gain strategy and insight from information. Responsibilities Apply a data‑driven approach (KPIs) to tie technology solutions to specific business outcomes. Deliver the latest in data technologies: design, build and maintain scalable, robust solutions that unify, enrich and analyse data from multiple sources. Analyse business needs, clarify problems and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate findings, recommendations and opportunities for improving data systems and solutions. Design, architect and develop solutions leveraging relational and NoSQL database technologies to ingest, process and analyse large, disparate data sets. Collaborate, influence and build consensus across client and internal teams. Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams; monitor progress and deliver quality client services. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks; cultivate business development opportunities. Travel up to 50% (including 20% international) to meet client needs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience; or Master’s degree and 4 years of work experience. 5 years of professional services or consulting experience. 4 years of hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB, Azure DB, Neo4J). 2 years of hands‑on experience with architecture and implementation of data warehouse and ETL solutions. 3 years of experience with logical and physical data modelling. 4 years of experience with SQL, C#, R and/or Typescript/JavaScript. 2 years of experience with cloud server‑less environments and big data platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS). 2 years of recent experience leading teams of data professionals.
