Order Puller / Warehouse Associate

• $14.00 per hour
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime may be required

Job Summary

Kelly Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pullers / Warehouse Associates for one of our premier clients in Lubbock, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a great company for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and work ethic. 

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare  products according to order specifications
• Verify accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and descriptions
• Safely handle fragile items for shipment
• Use proper packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, boxes, tape) to prevent damage
• Label packages correctly and complete all required shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and packing area
• Follow all company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Assist with inventory counting, stock organization, and restocking
• Meet daily productivity and packing quotas in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently and stay detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
