Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in Burlington, Wisconsin .

This contract pays approximately $14,452/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift length: 8 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 40
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
• Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
