Credit Resolution Specialist

One of our healthcare clients is looking to hire a Credit Resolution Specialist for a full-time, onsite position in Tempe, AZ!

What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve outstanding customer and account balances
• Research account discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding balances, payments, and account questions
• Follow up on aging accounts and outstanding items
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and resolution efforts
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and account issues
• Meet established productivity and quality goals
• Provide professional, solutions-focused customer service throughout the resolution process

What We're Looking For

• Experience in collections, credit resolution, accounts receivable, billing, revenue cycle, or a related customer-facing financial role
• Healthcare experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling account and payment-related conversations
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to research issues and problem-solve independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong computer and data-entry xhyhwjd skills
