Sales Consultants begin with a guaranteed monthly salary, with salary increases tied directly to performance and production.

Current Compensation Levels Include:

• Entry Level $4,000 Monthly Salary
• Professional Level $5,000 Monthly Salary
• Executive Level $6,500 Monthly Salary
• Master Level $8,500 Monthly Salary

In addition, team members can earn:

• Per Unit Vehicle Delivery Compensation
• Monthly Performance Bonuses
• Elite Production Accelerators
• Salesperson of the Month Bonuses

What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll serve as the face of the dealership and play a critical role in creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Responding quickly to phone, internet, and digital inquiries
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following our proven sales process with every customer interaction
• Building value and guiding customers confidently through the buying process
• Managing customer communication through calls, texts, email, and CRM systems
• Following up with sold and unsold customers to generate repeat business
• Building a customer base through referrals and long-term relationships
• Promoting inventory and customer deliveries through social media
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
