Inside Sales Representative

FOSS North America is FOSS's largest subsidiary. We are looking for an additional Inside Sales Representative to join the team.

What you will be doing 

​​The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving the growth of our B2B business by generating, qualifying, and providing sales opportunities to our field sales representatives. This role requires a proactive, results driven professional who excels at opportunity identification, consultative selling, and clearly communicating the value of our products and services.​ 

You will work with a number of different tasks, some of your keyresponsibilities include: 

• ​​Identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls and emails​ 
• ​​Qualify leads and route high value opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers for further development and closure​ 
• ​​Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline​ 
• ​​Expand and maintain the Foss prospect database by identifying and entering new, qualified leads ​ 
• ​​Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for Industry Sales Managers (ISMs)​ 
• ​​Ensure high data accuracy and timely updates within the CRM system to support sales reporting and forecasting​

The ideal candidate will bring:

• ​​3+ years of prior experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably within a B2B environment ​ 
• Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs 
• ​​Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred ​ 
• ​​Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment​ 

​We imagine that your educational background is a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.​

Working in our North American office, you will join a small, collaborative team of Inside Sales Representatives who work closely together to drive success. Yearly base salary range: $50,000-$55,000 USD + commission and benefits
