Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: August 12, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week guaranteed, rotating weekends with 2 weekend day commitments, no call required

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital telemetry experience required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, Foley catheter insertion, NGT placement, and telemetry monitoring
• Willingness to float to other units as needed per facility policy
• Preferred: Experience with neuro-stroke, seizure disorders, cardiac conditions, and Meditech EMR
