Community Experience Manager

00205 AMLI Management Company

AMLI Residential is hiring a Community Experience Manager for three Dallas‑area apartment communities: AMLI Campion Trail, AMLI on Riverside, and Grapevine. Responsibilities Lead resident experience initiatives and support renewal goals, working closely with Community Managers. Design and implement a resident retention program, including newsletters, social media engagement, referral incentives, and community activities. Analyze monthly renewals, update renewal reports, and meet other administrative reporting requirements. Coordinate a flawless move‑in experience to ensure residents feel confident in choosing AMLI. Respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, utilizing AMLI’s 10 Service Standards. Manage the resident portal to build community engagement, post events, initiate clubs, and monitor discussion boards. Implement resident‑facing technology that supports national resident experience initiatives. Plan, organize, and implement resident activities and events across multiple communities, and participate in regional volunteer outreach. Conduct proactive inspections and monitor the property to identify risks and resident concerns; report irregularities to the Service Manager or Community Manager. Perform regular competitive market research on pricing, policies, lease terms, and resident programming. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on ratings, reviews, renewals, and Reputation.com metrics. Qualifications High School diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum two years of leasing or property management experience. Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and AMLI’s property management operating system. Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Ability to make decisions under conditions of risk or uncertainty. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment. Availability to work on Saturdays as needed.
