• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Previous Med Surg and/or telemetry experience preferred
• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, diverse care environments

• Provide nursing care across Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and report abnormalities
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Respond to changes in patient status and emergencies
• Adapt to varying unit workflows and patient acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Document care and patient status in the EMR
