- Complete orders efficiently
- Meet quotas
- Machine operating knowledge, Re-threading Machine
- Machine maintenance
- Machine operator (Juki cover-stitch, double needle, single needle, and serger)

- Previous quota achievement
- Machine maintenance skills

- Ability to work efficiently
