Location: West Branch, MI (Territory includes Grayling, Mio, Harrisonville, Tawas City, Standish, Gladwin)
Start Date: Immediate openings available
End Date/Duration: Ongoing contract opportunity
Shift: Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm
Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (with potential for permanent placement)
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required
Experience: Sales experience in medical or respiratory equipment preferred but not essential
Pay & Benefits
Pay Package:
- Entry-level: $45,000/year base salary
- Experienced: up to $55,000/year base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Quarterly bonus opportunities

What You'll Do
- Build and nurture referral relationships within healthcare facilities, hospices, clinics, and hospitals
- Prospect and close new accounts while expanding existing partnerships
- Educate healthcare providers on available medical equipment solutions such as ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic supplies
- Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers and referral sources
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track activity, manage a sales pipeline, and report on territory trends using CRM tools
- Participate in sales training (Sales Academy) and ongoing professional development
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when discussing patient-related needs
What You Need
Required:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independently driven, and reliable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare sales or related field
- 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Knowledge of respiratory or medical equipment such as ventilators, CPAP, oxygen supplies
- CRM familiarity and disciplined pipeline management
- Leadership experience is a plus
