Job Summary Guest Experience Leaders provide the first touchpoint for customers, ensuring a positive experience from order to departure. Responsibilities Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering Offering help with using the ordering kiosks Offering assistance to those in need of extra help Checking with customers after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction Ensuring kids receive a kid treat Handling any concerns Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations Requirements Age 16 years or older. Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to excel in a fast‑paced team environment. Ability to work flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm. Pay Starting wage of $15 per hour, with a maximum of $20 per hour based on experience.
