Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Help manage active loan files from application to closing
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, attorneys, and operations staff
• Collect and organize documentation
• Follow up on conditions and outstanding items
• Assist Loan Officers with pipeline management and daily task organization
• Help deliver a smooth, professional client experience
• Support database follow-up and relationship management efforts
• Keep files moving quickly and efficiently
