Order Selector

Role Overview: Responsible for completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping pallets for shipment. Operates powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and works in various temperature zones, including refrigerated and freezer areas. Key Responsibilities Locate, lift, and handle products including dry groceries, frozen foods, produce, and meats using order sheets or audio headsets. Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct routine inspections. Report damaged, out-of-stock, or low-quantity items and ensure proper wrapping to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies. Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to meet production standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is preferred. Ability to perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, stand, walk, crouch, and operate controls for extended periods. Ability to work in multi-temperature environments and follow safety procedures. Additional Information: Must be able to work in warehouse conditions, including weekends and overtime as needed.
