About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across Eagle Pass . You'll support children in reaching their developmental milestones by improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in daily life.
Scheduling Options
- Part-Time: Less than 24 visits/week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
- Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
- Evaluate developmental delays using standardized tools.
- Teach families daily living skills and home programs.
- Document sessions and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with caregivers and care teams.

Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability for working with children with varying diagnoses and challenges.
