Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract assignment with one of our premier Consumer Products clients in Tampa, FL.

Job Description/Responsibilities: Support job posting preparation, candidate coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation of hiring requirements, scheduling activities, and maintaining recruiting process compliance.

Required experience:

• 3-5 years experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and managing detailed processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have skills (but not required):

• Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
