Job DescriptionRyder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Goodlettsville, TNAverage $2,000 per Week - Top Drivers Earn Up To $2,500 per Week$4,000 Loyalty Bonus - Quarterly Safety Bonus - Home Every Other Night\nPay, Home Time & More:\n\n Average $2,000 per week\n Solo miles pay: 66 CPM (1 - 249 miles) and 62.6 CPM (250 + miles), with 2,000 miles per week\n Solo stops pay: $27.00 per stop with 12 stops per week\n Per diem pay: $60.00 per night, 1 - 3 nights per week\n Top drivers can earn up to $2,500 per week\n Safety bonus: Pays you $300 - $500 four times a year (every quarter)\n Loyalty bonus: $4,000, paid within the first year\n Route: Regional, 1-3 nights out per week depending on how much you want to run, home every other night\n Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days\n\nSchedule, Freight & Equipment:\n\n Schedule: Sunday - Thursday\n Start time: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM dispatch\n Deliver solo to: OH, TN, KY, WV, IN, IL, AL & GA\n Tractor type: Sleepers with APUs / Day cabs\n Trailer type: Reefer 48', 53'\n Equipment: Pallet jack\n Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful\n Freight: Assist with palletized refrigerated goods\n\nAdditional Benefits of Driving with Ryder:\n\n 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)\n Paid on-site training\n Driver positions are paid weekly\n Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided\n Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected\n 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year\n 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure)\n Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more\n Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.\n\nRequirements:\n\n Valid Class A CDL\n 9 months of experience within the past 3 years\n Minimum 21 years of age\n Pass a Ryder Drug Test\n Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years\n Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test\n\nAbout Ryder:\nRyder is a commercial transportation, logistics, and supply chain management solutions company in business for over 80 years.
