Humana seeks a Director, Segment Quality Engineering to advance quality practices across a defined portfolio. You will lead teams, partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps to embed quality in the SDLC and enhance release confidence. Responsibilities include defining portfolio quality goals, building automation-first plans, and driving AI-enabled quality capabilities across APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
