Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs accurately
- Ensure patient comfort and hygiene by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Support nursing and medical staff with essential medical tasks, including medication administration
- Clearly communicate treatment plans and procedures to patients and their families, assessing their well-being and reporting any concerns to the medical team
- Associate of Science in Nursing Degree
- LPN Licensure for the State
- National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN)
- BLS & ACLS
