Job Information Requisition ID: 921439 Store #: 001116 LensCrafters Position: Full‑Time Pay Range: 25.02 - 39.02 Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Accurately and thoroughly use technology despite time pressure and customer volume; demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools Be proactive: explore root cause of issues, forward‑thinking, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded; solution driven Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Take pride in store appearance; help keep store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices Resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer‑service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Benefits and Compensation In addition to the base pay, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
