About the Position We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our modern, privately-owned practice in Durant, Iowa. Our clinic serves a diverse patient base ranging in age from 3 to 90 years, and we perform a wide variety of procedures including restorative, cosmetic, pediatric, and surgical services. You’ll have the opportunity to practice with cutting-edge equipment such as CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and soft tissue lasers across six well-equipped operatories. We’re up-to-date on technology and committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, excellent clinical and communication skills, detail-oriented, reliable, positive, and a desire to build lasting patient relationships. While we are open to new grads, we’re particularly interested in candidates who are eager to grow with our practice and potentially pursue future partnership. Responsibilities: Composite fillings, crowns, restoring implants, inlays/onlays, veneers, bridges, clear aligners, hygiene exams, extractions, grafting. Optional (but not required) root canals and placing implants. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 per year. 30% collections, $750 daily minimum. Experience Required: Prefer 1+ year, may consider new grads. Education Requirements: DMD or DDS degree from accredited college. Cert/Lic Required: Current Dentist license in Iowa.
