Credence has an immediate need for an experienced Program Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFLCMC/XP‑OZ at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The Plans and Programs/Cyber and Analysis Programs Directorate (AFLCMC/XP‑OZ), headquartered at Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH is responsible for center resource management, strategic planning, transformation, change management, center information technology, and operations research and analysis. Responsibilities Lead program planning and execution activities. Coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, and program deliverables. Develop executive‑level reports, presentations, and briefings. Support strategic initiatives and portfolio management activities. Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations. Monitor program performance and recommend process improvements. Support acquisition and operational planning efforts.
