Key Responsibilities Lead weekly Sunday morning and Sunday evening gatherings for middle and high school students. Lead mid‑week Young Adult groups and activities. Develop and lead Student/Young Adult discipleship pathways, events, retreats, and serving opportunities. Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer teams. Identify, recruit, and train up young leaders. Partner with parents as primary disciple‑makers in their homes. Contribute to the larger staff team and church vision.
