Provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management, operational vice presidents, owners, investors and lenders. MiscellaneousDocument ReviewMortgagesContractsPartnership AgreementsQualificationsRequired Experience:Two years' accounting experienceRequired Education/Training:Bachelor degree or higher in accounting curriculum.Required Skills and Abilities:Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, computer skills, demonstrate understanding of billing, receivable and payable systems, demonstrate understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles, demonstrate concise oral and written communication abilities and demonstrate planning and control abilities.Working Conditions:Primarily work in an Office environment, may on occasion be required to travel either day or overnight if required for business purposes.Salary Range Information:The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position.
