Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the warehouse clerk help in the assembly of Water, Gas, Fire, Copper and ABS pipe and fittings. Assemble complex fittings from detailed drawings, ensuring quality work.

Must be able to live and model our core values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and Quality

Responsibilities include:

1. Read and fully comprehend drawings to interpret the correct assembly of each job;
2. Work with a pipe threading machine, saw, and additional machines to complete the assemblies (training provided);
3. Use a tape measure to measure out the correct length and cuts;
4. Report any material shortages to the department Lead;
5. Communicate any issues or problems to the department Lead;
6. Maintain a clean, organized work area;
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

1. Ability to identify all material used in assembling fittings;
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision;
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as assigned;
5. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing production environment and manage changing workloads and schedules;
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work basic math equations.,

Physical Requirements:

Must have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb. objects upstairs and be able to crawl under tables and climb ladders
