Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
• Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient care demands in an acute care environment
