We offer superior training and our top performers make the highest compensation in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Fulltime Day and night shifts available. Responsibilities: Tow vehicles as directed by management Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws Return vehicles to designated locations Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 3 years towing experience 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes) Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed 401(k) Health insurance Life Insurance Medical / Dental Insurance Paid time off Paid training The pay range for this role is: 45,000 - 100,000 USD per year (San Diego, CA) #J-18808-Ljbffr Paramount Lender Solutions, LLC
