• Monday through Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm) with overtimeand occasional weekends

A Maintenance Mechanic's typical day may include... \n
\n

\n
• Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
\n
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
\n
• Preparing and setting up machinery for scheduled production runs.
\n
• Performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairing of packaging and production machines.
\n
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
\n

What does RedBuilt do? \n
\n
\nOur Delaware, OH manufacturing facility builds engineered wood trusses, constructs wood wall panels, welds structural steel frames, and assembles job packages for delivery direct to the construction site.\n
\n
What do we look for in a Maintenance Mechanic?\n
\n
\nWe are looking for full-time Maintenance Mechanic with previous production machinery maintenance experience.\n
\n
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications) \n
\n

\n
• Maintains excellent working relationships with internal associates, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
\n
• 2+ years of related experience in mechanical maintenance of production machines.
\n
• Ability to repair machinery operating with PLC's.
\n
• Comfortable and productive using Microsoft Office tools (not required, but a plus!).
\n
• Must be able to work overtime when scheduled.
\n
• Must be 18 years of age.
\n
• High School Diploma or GED (not required, but a plus!).
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
• Must be on time and ready to work.
\n
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (not required, but a plus!).
\n

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
\n
• Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
\n
• Ability to occasionally bend, squat and/or stoop.
\n
• Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.
\n
• Frequently works near or around moving mechanical parts.
\n
• Exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.
\n
• Exposed to airborne particles.
\n
• Work environment: Wood processing, manufacturing operation.
\n
• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including variations in temperature and precipitation.
\n
• Work in non-climate controlled environments.
\n
