Leadership Opportunity In OphthalmologyCompetitive starting pay of $22+/hour, based on experience Approximately 10 days of PTO during your first year 6.5 paid holidays annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Career advancement opportunities with company-paid certification programs Work alongside experienced physicians and clinical leaders Clear growth pathways within a rapidly growing organizationLead, coach, and develop clinic staff to promote consistency, accountability, and high performance Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, workflow, and overall patient flow Ensure an efficient, patient-focused experience from check-in through discharge Monitor clinic inventory, supplies, and exam room readiness to support smooth operations Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, training, and development Support staff as needed in this hands-on leadership role Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for both patients and team membersAt least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience Previous medical office experience required Ophthalmology experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on patient care and service excellenceFast-paced clinical and surgical setting Requires standing and active movement throughout the day Requires close attention to detail and strong visual acuityAt Cataract & Laser Institute, we invest in the growth and success of our team members.
