We work hard, play hard, and live by a set of values and standards that make our company a fantastic place to learn, grow and contribute.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it.Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.Manage relationships with all vendors and service providers to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Document all financial transactions.Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as needed.Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.Ensure job descriptions are up to date and complaint with all local, state and federal regulations.On board new employees and complete all necessary paperwork.Process payroll for all employees.Publish financial statements on time.Work with CPA to make sure the books are accurate.Report on the company's financial health during weekly meetings.Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.Contacting clients to receive final payments on all jobs.Perform a variety of administrative functions including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation, processing paperwork, filing and computer work. Provide administrative support to all staff.Maintain complete customer and other departmental files; collect and catalogue designs and billing information.Requirements:Degree in finance/accountingPrevious work as an accountantSkilled in QuickBooks and excel.Keen attention to detail.Paid holidays, PTO, Health/Dental/Vision Benefits, 401k.
