Your responsibilities will include: Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery What We’re Looking For Must be legally authorized to work in Canada High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary an asset) 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client‑facing roles preferred Key Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail Collaborative and team‑oriented attitude Why Join Us?
