$4,000 Full-Time Sign-on Bonus!

$500 Full-Time Nursing Employee Referral Bonus available!

Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing medical treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
Experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
