Production WorkerWe are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a manufacturing team in Fairfield, AL. This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment and assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of products.Responsibilities:Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.Assist with assembling, processing, and preparing products for shipment.Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet daily production and quality goals.Work effectively as part of a team.Skills and Experience:Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor. Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance. Must follow safety and quality procedures. Ability to lift and move materials as required. 2+ years of steel, metal, or manufacturing experience. Previous machine operating experience. Experience working around heavy materials and industrial equipment. Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with production, assembly, or fabrication. Able to use basic hand/power tools. Experience with quality inspection. Strong safety and attendance record.
