Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• We need proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We need strong written communication skills, including solid grammar and clear expression.
• We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We can only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• We want you to write precise code examples along with thorough explanations.
• We need you to review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We expect you to provide constructive feedback that helps improve future AI models.
• We may ask you to complete a short assessment when you sign up, which serves as our interview process.
